Welcome to Christ Built Custom Homes

We do Construction Document Plans for homes. In addition we offer rezchecks and comchecks.  We can also help getting it approved through the city and acquiring the necessary permits.
We are not the typical "cookie cutter" home plan designer. We feel it is necessary to listen to and to help customize each of our clients' home, the way that each and every client of ours may seek. Not many people want the same home in their neighborhood, but rather one that will stick out as an intelligent, highly articulate, place to live!

We are not in the business of just throwing our ideas on others without any input because we are the designers, rather, we love to share our clients' desire and to make the design more about what they are looking for!

The approach I take is: We are all one team. In order to achieve our goal, we have to be on the same page and solve every issue along the way to finish a quality product. Clients needs are very important and we want them to feel a sense of welcome, and to know their voices will be acknowledged every step of the way!
